The undersigned legal representative of the described society under authorizes and lend just the consent to the treatment of the own personal data and those of the company from represented he, rendered to the Agrituristica Company "La Spina Santa" with center to Bova Marina (RC). The undersigned declares, also, of to have been complaisant informed to senses the article 10 of law 675/1996 that: 1) the same data are dealt with systems computer science and only used from the Agrituristica Company the "Spina Santa" and that they will not be disclosed in other way; 2) can exercise, in relation to the treatment of the data, the rights of which all'art. 13 of law 675/96.
